Well-maintained lawns need well-maintained equipment. As a Turf Equipment Technician, you work on mowing equipment, golf carts, traction units, small-powered equipment, and tow-behind equipment. You will work at golf clubs and courses, equipment distributors and dealerships, equipment rental shops, provincial parks, sod farms, municipal and other government agencies. Specifically, you will sharpen and set reel type mowers, and operate tow-behind equipment. ​
